The buyer assumes full responsibility for all transportation costs and risks, from the seller's location to the final destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u793a\u4f8b<\/strong>:<br>Imagine you're importing office furniture from a supplier in China. Under EXW, the seller is responsible for having the goods ready for pickup at their warehouse. From that point, it's your responsibility to arrange for transportation, customs clearance, insurance, and any other associated costs until the goods reach your location in the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u7ed9\u4e70\u5bb6\u7684\u63d0\u793a<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6700\u9002\u5408<\/strong> \u62e5\u6709\u5f3a\u5927\u7269\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u6216\u5e0c\u671b\u81ea\u5df1\u5904\u7406\u6574\u4e2a\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u4e70\u5bb6\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u9009\u62e9 EXW\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u65b0\u624b\u5efa\u8bae<\/strong>: As a beginner buyer, it\u2019s important to be aware that EXW places the maximum responsibility on you. href=\"https:\/\/mbmlog.com\/zh\/fca-incoterms-2024-fca-shipping-terms\/\">4.FCA\uff08\u81ea\u7531\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\uff09<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8bf4\u660e<\/strong>:<br>FCA\uff08\u81ea\u7531\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\uff09\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u7ea6\u5b9a\u5730\u70b9\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u9009\u5b9a\u7684\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u8d1f\u8d23\u51fa\u53e3\u6e05\u5173\uff0c\u4f46\u4e70\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u540e\u7684\u6240\u6709\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u793a\u4f8b<\/strong>:<br>Suppose you're purchasing automotive parts from Japan, and you\u2019ve arranged for a freight forwarder to handle the shipping. Under FCA terms, the Japanese supplier will deliver the parts to your freight forwarder at a specified location in Japan. From that point onward, the costs and risks transfer to you, and your freight forwarder will take responsibility for shipping the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u7ed9\u4e70\u5bb6\u7684\u63d0\u793a<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) is similar to CPT, but in addition to paying for the transportation costs, the seller is also required to purchase insurance to cover the buyer's risk during transit. The seller arranges and pays for insurance that covers the goods until they reach the final destination. However, like CPT, the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the
